September 1st, 2012: New flat screen TVs have been approved for all units and are scheduled for delivery this week.
August 21, 2012: The annual meeting, open to all owners, will be held on Tuesday October 9th, 2012
August 19, 2012: Cast your vote! Proxy ballots for the board of directors election are being mailed to all owners. Please contact the resort if you did not receive one.
May 7, 2012: Joe Johnson has joined the Board of Directors, and is serving as Vice President.
May 5, 2012: The roof replacement is now complete.
April 7, 2012: It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Robert Corcoron, President of the Mariner Beach Club owners association. Bob was a long time Pinellas County resident and owner at Mariner Beach Club, and will be missed by many.
February 12, 2012: Roof work will begin this week and will take a couple of weeks.
February 10, 2012: The board of directors has approved the purchase of new mattresses for all units.
November 10, 2011: Annual maintenance fee billings were mailed to owners. If you have not recieved your billing please contact the resort.
September 8, 2011: The annual meeting will be held on October 11, 2011 at the Alden Beach Resort located at 5900 Gulf Blvd.
June 9, 2011: New wireless routers were installed today so that all units get a clear signal.
May 5, 2011: New sales office is open! There is now a dedicated sales department for HOA sales and owner resales. The new sales office is located at the southeast corner of the building, and there is a toll free number just for sales: 888-711-4422.
May 1, 2011: The Mariner Beach Club Board of Directors has contracted with PropCo Real Estate to act as the broker for HOA sales, and owner resales at Mariner Beach Club.
